This charming lofted suite is located within the boutique and historic Stemmerman Hotel, and situated above a popular wedding venue, 128 South and Bakery105. Charm abounds from the well preserved victorian 1855 Von Kampen building, which houses the hotel and venue.

The location is a short walk away from the famous Cape Fear River Walk, the farmers market, restaurants, bars, entertainment, museums, and nightlife.

The shared balcony has plenty of seating and has excellent views of the Cape Fear River, the battleship USS North Carolina, and the western horizon with magnificent sunsets. There is also an ice machine and a laundry room in the common areas.

It’s important to note that because this hotel is located above a wedding venue, there is the potential for noise on Friday and Saturday nights until 11pm. Also of note is that the bedroom can only be accessed via a staircase and is not handicap accessible.
