We just took 2 years, did the full renovation. Everything is new inside.We just open it up!! Excited about this new cute rental back to our listing again, you will see the reviews from two years ago, but it is a nice updated place now!
The house is a historic home converted to a Duplex long ago.The front door on the front porch to the second floor apartment which you have all to yourself. Wonderful new floors and high ceilings remind us that we’re in this great old house. One bedroom is large with a queen bed and some great furniture. The other we put a bunk bed, all the beds are new and comfortable. So relax and enjoy.
You have private access to your whole place. If it’s vacant we are happy to show you the whole house!
We are here if you need us, invisible if you don’t. You can check in anytime with the keypad lock and start relaxing! We’ll likely text you during your stay to let you know we are available. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you’re happy!
This house is in the historic downtown (in the Historic District) and easily walkable to downtown.
To get downtown, it’s most scenic to turn left out of the house and weave left and right until you get to Front Street.

We include coffee, a few lite options for snacks and basic essentials available for you when you arrive!
The TV us a Roku smart TV so you can log into your favorite subscriptions!
There are steps going up to the place.
Checkout Policy:Checkout is 11am, but we can offer late checkout as availability allows. 12pm checkout is $20, and 1pm checkout is $30. Please contact us first and if we can accommodate your late checkout, we will be happy to.
